Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Cromea Studio service (hereinafter the "Service") provided by Antigravity. By using the Service you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1. Provider
The Service is provided by Antigravity, reachable at the email address info@antigravity.dev. For support and refund requests: support@antigravity.dev.
2. Scope of the Service
Cromea Studio is a digital personalized color analysis service. The user uploads a photo of themselves and receives a visual dossier generated by artificial intelligence that includes: classification into one of the 12 color sub-seasons, a recommended color palette, outfit suggestions and practical advice.
The dossier is informational and entertainment in nature and does not constitute professional image, styling, fashion or medical advice. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes: results should be evaluated with a critical mind.
3. Eligibility and capacity to contract
To use the Service you must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your country of residence. You are required to provide a valid email address and to keep your access credentials confidential.
4. Account and credential responsibility
Access is via email address and a one-time OTP code sent by email (passwordless authentication). You are responsible for the security of your inbox and for any activity carried out by your account. In case of suspected unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
5. Price, VAT and payment
- The price of the Service is €29, one-time, per generated dossier. No subscription, no recurring charges.
- The price includes VAT where applicable. For users residing in the European Union, VAT is applied at the rate of the country of residence via the OSS (One-Stop-Shop) scheme. For USA users, where required, sales tax of the state of residence applies.
- Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd via secure checkout. We accept the main credit/debit cards. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- The purchase receipt is sent by email and can be downloaded from your account at any time.
6. Right of withdrawal — Refund within 14 days
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, with no need to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is sufficient to write to support@antigravity.dev indicating the email address associated with the purchase. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the request.
Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and Directive EU 2011/83, the provider of a digital service may exclude the right of withdrawal once the service has been performed. We waive that exception: a refund within 14 days is guaranteed even if you have already viewed and downloaded the dossier.
7. Intellectual property
- The generated dossier is yours for personal use. You can download it, print it, share it with friends and fashion professionals.
- You may not resell, sub-license or use the dossier for commercial purposes (e.g. paid advice to third parties) without our written consent.
- The software, site design, AI prompts, infographic artwork and output templates remain our exclusive property.
- You retain full ownership of the photo you upload. You grant Antigravity a limited, free, temporary license (maximum 24 hours) for the sole purpose of processing it with the AI and generating the dossier. We do not use your photo to train AI models nor do we sell it to third parties.
8. User conduct
The following is prohibited:
- uploading photos of third parties without their explicit consent (this may constitute a breach of privacy and biometric regulations);
- uploading illegal, obscene, violent, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights;
- attempting to breach the security of the Service, accessing other users' data, reverse engineering or automated scraping;
- using the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including abusive chargebacks after receiving and using the dossier.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, without prejudice to the right of refund for the Service not yet delivered.
9. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is" ("as-is"). While we strive to ensure quality and continuity, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The color analysis generated by AI is subjective and probabilistic. We do not warrant that the classification will match analyses performed by professional image consultants.
- Our total liability towards you, for any reason, is limited to the amount you have actually paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
- To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the Service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability provided by mandatory consumer-protection law (e.g. personal injury, willful misconduct or gross negligence).
10. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or non-performance of the Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: cloud provider downtime (Vercel, Supabase), suspension of third-party AI APIs (fal.ai, Google Gemini), cyber attacks, natural disasters, governmental acts.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms for technical, regulatory or organizational reasons. Substantial changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the new conditions, you can cancel your account at any time.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers residing in the European Union, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of residence apply where more favorable. The competent forum is that of the consumer.
For disputes with non-consumer users (e.g. business purchases), the exclusive forum is Rome, Italy.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Final provisions
If a clause of these Terms is declared null or ineffective, the remaining clauses will remain fully valid and effective. One party's tolerance of a breach by the other does not constitute a waiver of the rights provided by these Terms.
